Mr. Upendra Shah, A civil engineer by qualification and a leader by discipline, Upendra Shah oversees Ratnaakar’s growth with a sense of duty unique only to someone who’s been there and done it all. An average day in his life is a balance between the intricacies of construction and a birdseye watch on the organization’s rise. He has built relationships aplenty with customers and stakeholders alike, and his ability to remember names and faces makes everyone feel valued and important. Humble, indeed, is the hand that holds the scepter. With close to more than four decades of experience in the business, his interaction with civil engineers, project coordinators and architects only enhances the standards with each project, raising the bar a notch higher with every step.
